NY/NJ Chapter Installs Officers for 2015/2016
Members Enjoy Gala Installation Dinner-Dance Held at Seasons
The NY/NJ Chapter of the Financial Managers Society recently installed the new slate of Officers for the 2015-16 fiscal year at the Chapter’s
Annual Installation-Dinner Dance. The gala affair was held at Seasons in Washington Township on Friday, June 5, 2015. Members and
guests enjoyed an elegant cocktail hour offering the opportunity to relish an endless array of fabulous appetizers along with
sparkling wine and fine conversation. The formal installation ceremony followed a sumptuous full-course dinner. Members danced
the night away to the incredible live musical entertainment provided by The Infernos.
A bevy of Past Chapter Presidents, industry executives and Chapter sponsors were on hand to witness the formal installation ceremony and welcome
the new Chapter leadership team. Incumbent Chapter President Andriette Mathews welcomed everyone and thanked the Members for
the opportunity to serve the Chapter during the past year. Ferdinand Viaud, Executive Vice President, Glen Rock Savings Bank
provided the solemn invocation following the traditional Pledge of Allegiance. Past Chapter President Joseph Coccaro addressed
the Membership and offered a toast to a successful term for incoming Chapter President Brian McCourt.

Dick proceeded to formally install the Chapter’s Vice-President, Secretary,
and Treasurer for the upcoming year followed by the introduction and installation
of Brian McCourt as Chapter President. The entire slate of Officers received warm
applause from all those in attendance.
Brian welcomed Andriette to the podium and thanked her for a successful term as
Chapter President. He then presented Andriette with a gift basket. Robert Meier
approached the podium and offered sincere congratulations to Andriette for her
contributions to the Chapter.
Brian thanked the Membership for the opportunity to serve the Chapter and made
his opening remarks as Chapter President. He welcomed his wife Janet to the podium and
presented her with an elegant bouquet of flowers as a token of her support.
Following the full course dinner, The Infernos provided Members with an endless array of
musical entertainment to celebrate the induction of the Chapter’s new leadership and the
continuation of the Chapter’s many years of tradition and success.
